Privacy is the core of our service, not a footnote. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it protected when you shop with Private UAE.
We collect only what is needed to deliver your order: your name, delivery address, phone number and order details. If you create an account, we also store your login credentials securely. We do not collect payment card numbers — cash on delivery orders involve no card data at all.
Your information is used to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, and — only if you subscribe — send occasional offers. We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging under a neutral sender name, and bank or card statements show a neutral descriptor. Support conversations stay between you and our team.
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.
Order records are kept only as long as needed for delivery, warranty and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Access to customer data is restricted to trained staff who need it to serve you.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us or messaging us on WhatsApp. We respond to all privacy requests within a few business days.
