All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. We accept cash on delivery across the UAE as well as the payment methods shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order that appears fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.
We deliver to all seven emirates, typically within 1–3 business days. Every order ships in discreet, unmarked packaging. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned unless faulty. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Faulty items are replaced or refunded in full — contact us and we will arrange it quietly and quickly.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access systems without authorisation, or use our content or images without permission. Product descriptions and images on this site are the property of Private UAE.
